Yes, you can cancel at any time! We want to make it easy for you to manage your subscription. If you need to pause or cancel your subscription to our cooks’ delicious food, all you need to do is to log in into your account and manage your subscriptions from there.

While you can cancel at any time, cancelling your subscription does not cancel existing orders for the ongoing week.
If you cancel your subscription before the weekly cutoff time on Friday, 11 am (GMT), then no automated orders will be placed for delivery to the following week. If you cancel your subscription after the weekly cut-off time and automated orders were placed to our cooks, those orders cannot be cancelled and you will receive it the following week.
After that, however, you will not incur in further charges or receive further deliveries and your subscription is then cancelled.

If you let us know 24h in advance that you will not be able to collect your food, we can change the delivery address for the next delivery. In the case where you can’t collect the next order to be delivered or find an alternative delivery address, this order will still be charged from your Subscription plan.

Our food is made fresh by our cooks and stored under proper conditions until delivery, ready for consumption. We recommend you to heat it up and eat as soon as you receive it… the fresher the better. However, feel free to save it up for dinner!
